Our Story
Designed by Goan architect Rita Mody, The Ten is a collection of private residences that feel both personal and luxuriously refined. Each home is distinct: duplex suites with private pools, two-bedroom residences with generous living spaces, soft light and quiet corners. But what truly defines us is the belief that stays should give you more than space, they should give you freedom.
Here, days unfold at your rhythm. Mornings can begin with coffee on a balcony, then a quick drive to the coast; afternoons with a dip in your pool and evenings with a private meal under the stars.
